Exchange Policy

We, at www.gravitymart.com make sure that our customers are happy with their purchases and enjoy their shopping experience with us. If there is a problem or concern with your purchase,
  • Send back the product to be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of the product, accompanied by the original sales receipt,
  • We cannot accept returns for products that are not received by us within 7 days of receipt of the product

Please Note

  • We do not give cash refunds, and refunds are in the form of store credit or product/size exchanges only
  • We do not exchange all customized products.
  • We do not exchange opened used Products.
  • Items eligible for exchange need to be in their original condition i.e. brand new, unused, with all tags and packaging attached, free of stains, unwashed and in resell-able condition. The determination of the condition of goods is at the sole discretion of us.
  • If the purchase price of goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods is less than that of the returned goods no refund will be given; and if the goods chosen in lieu of the returned goods exceed that of the returned goods the difference will be borne by the purchaser.
  • The customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs on exchanged items. The shipping charge for the exchanged product must be incurred by the customer (both while sending back to us as well as when we send the exchanged item to you). We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments, and/or unclaimed shipments.
  • No returns and exchanges can be accepted on our Close Out Sale items. These items are considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged for any reason.

Defective or Wrong Item Shipped

It is our endeavor to service your order as per your expectations. In the unlikely event where we have failed to service your order in good condition, manufacturing defect or is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can promptly assist you. We will have the parcel collected from you, and have the exchanged products sent at the earliest possible. The determination as to whether or not an item is defective (due to wear and tear from your end or otherwise) is at the sole discretion of us. We will bear the shipping cost for defective or wrong products shipped that need to be exchanged.
 

CANCELLATIONS :

www.gravitymart.com has the right to cancel or refuse the order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by the customer

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. For you to cancel an order, there is a time period of 24 hours from the time you place the order. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

EXCLUSIONS

Products damaged or used post delivery acceptance, do not qualify for the Return Policy.
We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts or not complete along with accessories.

REFUNDS

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by us. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.
Orders paid by Credit Card will be refunded by credit back to the Credit Card within 7-21 working days from the date of cancellation of order and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
In case of Net Banking/Debit card, refund will be processed within 7-21 working days from the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in next bank statement.
For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund Demand Draft/ Cheque within 7-21 working days from the date of cancellation of order. The Demand Draft/ Cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
